Coverage One Protection Plan

I understand that additional protection coverage was offered to me above and beyond the standard limited warranty coverage. I have elected to decline additional coverage and accept full responsibility for all mechanical failures upon expiration of the existing coverage.

Chemical Protection

I understand that additional protection coverage (Rust, Paint, Undercoating, Fabric ) was offered to me above and beyond the standard limited warranty coverage. I have elected not to take advantage of this protection. I accept full responsibility for all rust problems not covered by the existing factory coverage.

Life Insurance

I understand that the life insurance coverage has been offered to me that would protect my family and estate in the event of my death for the balance of my financial obligations to the loan agreement. I have elected not to take advantage of such coverage.

Disability Insurance

I understand that disability insurance coverage has been offered to me that would protect my payments in the event of and accident or health problem that would prevent me from attending my normal work. I have elected not to take advantage of such coverage.

6 Month or 10,000kms Power train Warranty

This warranty covers powertrain-related issues affecting the engine, transmission, transfer case and axle assemblies on light duty vehicles as indicated below and be covered for 6months or 10,000kms whichever comes first:Engine Cylinder head, block, timing gears, timing chain, timing cover, oil pump/oil pump housing, OHC carriers, valve covers, oil pan, seals, gaskets, turbocharger, supercharger and all internal lubricated parts as well as manifolds, flywheel, water pump, harmonic balancer and engine mount. Timing belts are covered until the first scheduled maintenance interval.

Transmission/Transaxle/Transfer Case Case, all internal lubricated parts, torque converter, transfer case, transmission/transaxle mounts, seals and gaskets. Drive Systems Final drive housing, all internal lubricated parts, axle shafts and bearings, constant velocity joints, axle housing, propeller shafts, universal joints, wheel bearings, locking hubs, front differential actuator, supports, front and rear hub bearings, seals and gaskets. This warranty is valid at City Motor Products only.

7 day exchange policy

If, for any reason, you're not satisfied with your Used Vehicle you may exchange it within the first 7 days or 500 kms, whichever comes first, of the date of purchase. If the purchase price of the replacement vehicle is less than the purchase price of the vehicle being returned, you'll receive credit for the difference. If the purchase price of the replacement vehicle is more, you pay the difference. The vehicle must currently be owned by the retail purchaser of the Used Vehicle. All prices are determined by advertised price. The vehicle must be returned in the condition in which it was delivered to the customer, without damage or excessive wear and tear. Every vehicle returned under the Exchange Privilege will be inspected for damage and excessive wear and tear. If non-warranty repairs equal to or greater than $300 have been performed or are necessary, the vehicle is not eligible to be returned. If less than $300, the damage repair estimate will be deducted from the credit amount applied to the returned vehicle. All exchanges are subject to approved credit. I understand the limitations of this policy.
